Goods Retrieval Procedure
Currently, PT Bevananda does not provide delivery service. Collection of goods can be done directly at the Bevananda Factory located in Cikarang.
- Once the Purchase Order (PO) is received, immediately process the payment before D-1 pickup.
- Make sure the pickup of goods is equipped with a police number along with the driver's name for recording purposes.
- Collection of goods is carried out at our factory located at :
- Jl. Jati 2 Blok J.5 No.12, Newton Techno Park Lippo Cikarang. Serang Cikarang Selatan Bekasi - Jawa Barat Indonesia
- Please make sure your vehicle matches the registered one, along with the Order Document (DO) for the registration process and queue number assignment.
- Pick-up schedule: Monday-Friday at 08.00 to 15.00 and Saturday at 08.00 to 11.00.
We are unable to accept same-day orders and pick-ups. We want to ensure every process goes smoothly with excellent service quality for you. Item pickup can be done H+1 after payment is made.
- Fill out the new customer registration form, and complete company and personal identities such as: KTP, NPWP, Company Establishment Deed, etc.
- Customers create and send Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the offer from Bevananda Sales Person.
- Customers will receive a Perfoma Invoice to make payments.
- Pick up of goods can be done H + 1 after payment is made.
- PT Bevananda only provides references for expedition needs.
- Shipping costs are fully covered by the customer and paid directly to the expedition.
- Bevananda product prices apply Loko Cikarang Factory.

You will receive a complaint form that needs to be completed by including label information and an unboxing video, 3x24 hours at the latest after receiving the goods. Beyond this estimation, the goods are considered to have been received in good condition.
Ordering Procedure

- Transfer to BCA Account No. 001-3024526 / Mandiri 125-000-998-8809 on behalf of PT Bevananda Mustika.
- Payment via check.
